Our Review
Editor’s verdict
Monster Casino is the deepest casino catalogue of the four ProgressPlay brands, with 90+ studios on record, including Evolution, and solid card and e-wallet coverage. The operator’s 2025 UKGC fine and reported weekly cash-out cap are the main things to weigh.
Monster Casino is ProgressPlay’s biggest casino brand by catalogue. It covers slots, jackpots, roulette, blackjack, live casino and scratch cards, and its studio list is far longer than any of its siblings, which makes it the natural choice within the group for players who like variety.
Games and providers
We have more than 90 game studios on record for Monster Casino. The list includes Microgaming, NetEnt, NextGen, Blueprint, Big Time Gaming, Quickspin and Wazdan, and Evolution for live tables, alongside dozens of smaller studios. That combination gives the site both the headline releases and a long tail of unusual titles, and it is the clearest difference between Monster Casino and Bluefox, whose recorded list is a tenth of the size.
Payments and limits
Recorded payment methods include Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Trustly, ecoPayz, AstroPay and bank transfer, varying by country. Review sites report that Skrill and Neteller can pay out within 24 hours but are typically excluded from welcome-bonus deposits, which is a trade-off to decide on before you deposit. Two more reported terms are a 1% withdrawal fee capped at £3 and a weekly cash-out limit of £3,000; sources disagree on the limit, so check the current terms if you play for high stakes.
Welcome package
The welcome offer is reported as a multi-deposit package over the first several deposits with a minimum deposit for each stage, and with bonus wagering of 10x on the bonus and on free-spin winnings, though some sources also cite higher requirements on other promotions. Because offers and rules vary by market and are revised often, treat the live terms as the only reliable source. As with the other ProgressPlay brands, welcome offers may be limited across the group.
Licensing: one operator, two regulators
Monster Casino is a white-label brand run by ProgressPlay Limited, a Malta-registered company (C58305). ProgressPlay holds a Malta Gaming Authority business-to-consumer licence, MGA/B2C/231/2012, and a Great Britain licence from the UK Gambling Commission under account number 39335. We checked the second on the Gambling Commission’s public register: Monster Casino appears there among the white-label domains listed under ProgressPlay’s account. The licence therefore belongs to ProgressPlay rather than to the brand itself, which matters if you ever need to name the licensee in a complaint. The register lists the company’s head office in Limassol, Cyprus, even though the licensed company is registered in Malta.
A regulatory record worth reading before you deposit
The Gambling Commission has taken enforcement action against ProgressPlay twice. In 2022 the company paid £175,718 over social responsibility and anti-money-laundering failings. In August 2025 the Commission announced a further £1 million penalty covering the period from August 2021 to August 2024. It cited weak money-laundering risk assessment, inadequate checks on customers’ source of funds and shortcomings in how the company interacted with customers showing signs of harm. The regulator also opened a licence review and required a third-party audit of ProgressPlay’s compliance processes. The company said it has since invested in player-protection technology, a dedicated team and staff training. None of this means your money is at risk today, and the operator remains fully licensed. It does mean that ProgressPlay’s brands can be stricter than you expect about source-of-funds questions and affordability checks, and we account for that in how we read the licence score.
How Monster Casino scores with us
Monster Casino’s Trust Score is 7.75 out of 10. It scores 9.0 for the licence and for responsible gambling, 8.5 for security, and 8.0 for support, transparency, website quality and mobile experience. Bonus fairness is 7.0, and withdrawal speed, complaint response and KYC ease are each 7.0. Geographic availability is 6.0. Its position against the other operators is in the Trust Index.
Who it suits
Monster Casino suits players who value game choice above everything, including live casino, and are comfortable with the ProgressPlay verification process. If you regularly withdraw large sums, check the weekly limit first; if you want a sportsbook in the same account, MogoBet is the ProgressPlay brand to look at.
How to check the licence yourself
Search for account number 39335 on the Gambling Commission’s public register and confirm the brand’s domain appears under ProgressPlay Limited. For the Malta licence, the Malta Gaming Authority publishes a licensee register you can search by company name. Do this before your first deposit; it takes a couple of minutes.
