Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 11, 12, 13, 16, and 17) will continue to apply.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 17. Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within a reasonable time, either party may bring the matter before the courts of the jurisdiction identified in Section 16, without prejudice to any right you have to bring proceedings in your own country of residence where mandatory law gives you that right.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sevenx Media regarding use of this site, and supersede any prior agreements between you and us regarding the site. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice on this page.
