Why choose
Because "#1" shouldn't be for sale.
AskBigBonus exists because most "best betting site" lists don't explain how they were built. This page explains how ours is — what we measure, what we disclose, and what we still get wrong sometimes.
01 — The problem
Not every "best betting site" list is built for you
Most comparison sites present a ranking that looks purely objective — a clean list, a #1 spot, a score. What's usually missing is how that ranking was actually produced.
Commercial relationships can influence how comparison platforms operate, so we believe users deserve transparency about how rankings are determined. Without that, it's hard to tell whether an operator is ranked first because it's genuinely the best fit for you, or because of the commercial arrangement behind the listing.
02 — How we rank
We don't sell the No. 1 spot
Our rankings are built from our Trust Index research, editorial review, publicly available regulatory information, product evaluation, and market data — not from who pays the most.
Operators may work with AskBigBonus through commercial partnerships or exclusive offers. These relationships are disclosed, and they do not automatically determine editorial ranking. Commercial relationship and editorial ranking are two separate things, and we try to keep it that way.
03 — Trust Index
Our Trust Index
This week's highest AskBigBonus Trust Index score
Every operator we list gets a Trust Index score built from the same framework: licensing, security, transparency, responsible-gambling provisions, payment reliability, bonus terms, and user experience.
It's not a black box — the framework is published, and the score moves as an operator's standing changes.

04 — Your market
The 'best' operator depends on where you live
Licensing, accepted payment methods, currency, and even whether an operator is available at all — these all vary by market. An operator that's an excellent fit in one country may not even be licensed to operate in another.
That's why AskBigBonus rankings are built per country, not as one global list stretched to fit everywhere.

05 — Transparency
If something is wrong, we say it
A good review isn't only a list of strengths. As part of our research, we specifically look for:
- Unclear or hard-to-find bonus terms
- Withdrawal restrictions or delays
- Licensing limitations
- Market or country restrictions
- Payment issues
- Unusually strict verification requirements
- Responsible-gambling concerns
- Any other material risk worth knowing before you sign up
When we find something, it goes in the review — not just the highlight reel.
06 — Support
Got scammed or treated unfairly?
If an operator has treated you unfairly — a withheld withdrawal, a disputed bonus term, or something else that doesn't sit right — tell us. We will review your case at no additional cost and do our best to help you navigate the situation.
07 — Business model
AskBigBonus is built for the user
You never pay to use AskBigBonus. We keep the lights on primarily through affiliate relationships and commercial partnerships with some of the operators we cover, and occasionally exclusive offers negotiated on your behalf.
Our commercial relationships do not automatically determine editorial rankings. If our business model changes, this is the page where we'll say so.
08 — About 'Exclusive'
Exclusive doesn't mean #1
You'll sometimes see an operator card marked "Exclusive." That label means the offer, code, or relationship is exclusive to AskBigBonus — not available through a generic search.
It does not mean the operator automatically receives a higher Trust Score or a better position in our rankings. Those are decided separately, by the same framework applied to every operator we cover.
09 — We update
Nothing here is 'set and forget'
Licenses change hands. Bonus terms get rewritten. Payment methods get added or dropped. Regulations shift, and market availability shifts with them.
Because of that, our content is reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis rather than published once and left alone. You can see how our review process works on the methodology page.
