Our Review
Editor’s verdict
Spinzwin is a slots-led ProgressPlay casino with a deep provider list, familiar UK payment methods and a VIP scheme. The licensing is solid on paper, but ProgressPlay’s recent UKGC penalty means you should expect thorough identity and source-of-funds checks.
Spinzwin is one of ProgressPlay’s slots-first casino brands, and ProgressPlay itself describes it as a one-stop destination for online slots. The site was redesigned recently and now runs in English, German and Swedish, with categorised game lobbies and a built-in search that makes a large catalogue easier to move around.
Games and providers
Our records list more than 50 game studios for Spinzwin, which is a long list for a single-brand casino. It covers the mainstream names you would expect — Pragmatic Play, Quickspin, Microgaming, NextGen, Blueprint, Thunderkick, Big Time Gaming and Nolimit City — alongside smaller studios such as Wazdan, ELK and Just For The Win. If you play slots rather than live tables, that breadth is the main reason to consider the site: you are unlikely to run out of new releases and Megaways-style titles.
Payments
Deposit options recorded for the brand include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, PayViaPhone and MuchBetter. Availability depends on your country, and some methods on our list are region-specific, so the cashier you see may be shorter than the one here. Two practical points apply across the ProgressPlay family. E-wallet deposits are often excluded from welcome offers, so read the promotion terms before choosing Skrill or Neteller. And review-site summaries report a 1% withdrawal fee capped at £3 — confirm it in the cashier before you cash out, because fees are the kind of detail that changes.
Bonuses and VIP
New players are offered a welcome bonus and there is a regularly updated promotions page. Regular depositors can be invited into the VIP Room, a tiered scheme with extra bonuses. We do not quote wagering figures here because welcome offers on ProgressPlay sites change often and differ by market; the terms on the promotion page are the only version that counts. Sister brands on the same licence can also limit how many welcome offers one customer may claim across the group, so opening several accounts to collect offers is likely to backfire.
Licensing: one operator, two regulators
Spinzwin is a white-label brand run by ProgressPlay Limited, a Malta-registered company (C58305). ProgressPlay holds a Malta Gaming Authority business-to-consumer licence, MGA/B2C/231/2012, and a Great Britain licence from the UK Gambling Commission under account number 39335. We checked the second on the Gambling Commission’s public register: Spinzwin appears there among the white-label domains listed under ProgressPlay’s account. The licence therefore belongs to ProgressPlay rather than to the brand itself, which matters if you ever need to name the licensee in a complaint. The register lists the company’s head office in Limassol, Cyprus, even though the licensed company is registered in Malta.
A regulatory record worth reading before you deposit
The Gambling Commission has taken enforcement action against ProgressPlay twice. In 2022 the company paid £175,718 over social responsibility and anti-money-laundering failings. In August 2025 the Commission announced a further £1 million penalty covering the period from August 2021 to August 2024. It cited weak money-laundering risk assessment, inadequate checks on customers’ source of funds and shortcomings in how the company interacted with customers showing signs of harm. The regulator also opened a licence review and required a third-party audit of ProgressPlay’s compliance processes. The company said it has since invested in player-protection technology, a dedicated team and staff training. None of this means your money is at risk today, and the operator remains fully licensed. It does mean that ProgressPlay’s brands can be stricter than you expect about source-of-funds questions and affordability checks, and we account for that in how we read the licence score.
How Spinzwin scores with us
Spinzwin’s Trust Score is 7.78 out of 10. It scores well on responsible gambling (9.0), security (8.5), transparency, support and mobile experience (8.0 each), and 9.0 on the licence dimension. Payment reliability, bonus fairness and affiliate reputation sit at 7.5, and withdrawal speed, complaint response and KYC ease at 7.0. Geographic availability is lower at 6.0 because the brand is not open in every market we track. Read the full breakdown on the Trust Index to see how each dimension is weighted.
Who it suits
Spinzwin suits UK, German and Swedish-speaking players who mainly want slots, are comfortable with identity verification, and value a large provider list over a low-friction sign-up. If fast, check-free withdrawals are your priority, or you want a brand with no enforcement history behind its licence, look at other operators in our rankings.
How to check the licence yourself
Search for account number 39335 on the Gambling Commission’s public register and confirm the brand’s domain appears under ProgressPlay Limited. For the Malta licence, the Malta Gaming Authority publishes a licensee register you can search by company name. Do this before your first deposit; it takes a couple of minutes.
