Nepal does not have a licensing regime for online betting or casino gaming β the Casinos Act primarily governs a small number of physical, foreigner-facing casinos in the country, and doesn't extend to online play. No domestic regulator issues online betting or casino licences, and we're not aware of a law that explicitly addresses online gambling for Nepali residents one way or the other. Every operator we track serving Nepali players holds its licence from elsewhere, and none are locally regulated.
That gap means the usual backstops a domestic regulator provides β a complaints process, a public licence register, enforceable local rules β simply aren't available here. We put correspondingly more weight on an operator's own licence standing, track record, and payment reliability when deciding what to show Nepali players, rather than treating "available in Nepal" as any kind of local endorsement.
